Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
All our prints are produced using Kodak professional technology. These products are continually being enhanced and improved to give the best quality possible and prints which are designed to last a lifetime.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will more than happily replace them, or refund the price you have paid upon return of the prints originally supplied. We will also refund the cost of your returning these to us by second class Royal Mail postage.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure prints are properly packaged to be protected through Royal Mail transit, should damage occur please advise us upon receipt in order that we can make the neccersary arrangements to rectify the matter.
Upon reciept of an order, we will endeavour to print and dispatch this to you within seven working days. If in the unlikely event this is not going to be possible, we will advise you. If you wish to cancel your order, you should do so within 24 hours of placing it to ensure no charge is made for costs already incurred by us. Cancellation can be through contacting us on 0845 838 1108.
Payment & Shipping
We currently only accept payment in pound sterling, and only ship within the United Kingdom.
We ship all prints in protective envelopes. All prints are provided in card mounts, and sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
We are able to accept payment for orders through any of the following means
Cheque (Made payable to Cornwall-Photos.com)
Cash (not sent through post)/Postal order
Internet Security Measures
When you place an order through the Internet, you are connected to our secure server, which holds a valid Comodo SSL security certificate. We now use Protx for all our on-line card processing which means that the information entered is held securely and staff at this company do not see it. Additional security is now provided through automatic checks completed by Protx and your bank/card provider to ensure use of the card is genuine. Further 3D security features are also capable of being enabled at any future point that your card provider or bank make this feature compulsory.
